About the Event

With significant workplace reforms already underway — and more to come — employers face a complex and evolving regulatory landscape in 2026.

Join us for a practical, business-focused panel discussion exploring what employers need to know now, where the real risks lie, and how to prepare for the year ahead.

Facilitated by Greg Harford, this session brings together expert perspectives from superannuation, employment law and national policy to unpack:

  • Key industrial relations changes impacting employers right now
  • Upcoming superannuation reforms, including Payday Super
  • Where businesses are most at risk of non-compliance
  • What further IR changes are expected in 2026-27
  • Practical priorities for employers over the next 12 months

The session will include audience Q&A, giving attendees the opportunity to raise practical questions and hear directly from those working at the coalface of workplace reform.

This briefing is ideal for business owners, HR leaders and managers seeking clear, practical insights in a changing employment environment.

Date: Thursday 12 March 2026

Time: 10am –11am

Venue: EY Building, Level 2, 121 Marcus Clarke Street, Canberra
