Working as a Technology Evangelist, she creates training material, speaks at events, runs a blog, and instructs for LinkedIn Learning. Additionally, Rishona volunteers as a Learning Expert and Power Up Champ for Microsoft, helping people kickstart their learning journeys or prepare for a certification. Over the years, she has trained thousands of individuals on Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, Dynamics 365 and AI agents.

Valentina Lazarevska

Valentina is an AI Adoption and Enablement Specialist, specialising in neuroscience-based strategies that help businesses move from AI confusion to confident implementation. Active in the AI space since 2018 with expertise in prompt engineering and AI agent building, she translates technical complexity into practical action for everyone from executives to frontline workers. Her approach targets the real adoption barriers and moves people from AI hesitancy to AI competence. Working across government, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Valentina is passionate about helping small to medium businesses maximise the value of AI so they spend less time on admin and more time being the expert. David Pollock

Dave is the Executive Manager, Business Solutions and Engagement at nbn. He is a management professional with over 30 years extensive global and local experience in both B2C and B2B sectors. Dave has been at nbn for over 9 years, working in Marketing, Channel, Commercial and Corporate Affairs teams.
